Inspired by his Grandfather, an Italian Stone Mason, and Carpenter in upstate NY, Ron learned to appreciate good design and great craftsmanship. He went on to study engineering and served in the United States Air Force. After service, he started a cabinetry business in Rochester, NY and later moved it to Colorado. Over the years, Ron’s philosophy of taking good care of his clients has created the company motto “Clients for Life”. Stuart Rader, Designer/Sales:

Stuart’s passion for design and woodworking spans over 35 years and is still burning strong. After leaving UCLA his senior year anxious to start his career as a woodworker, he took a position as a furniture maker’s assistant on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, CA. Years later, he opened his own shop that grew into a small furniture factory serving only the Interior Design trade. Through the years, Stuart earned his CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer) and has become well versed in hard surface flooring, lighting, decorative plumbing, and has designed in over 15 national and European cabinet lines. He has also worked as a formal product knowledge trainer to designers on design principals, styles, and fixed finishes.Stuart’s Design Philosophy: “I am dedicated to giving the client a design tailored to their unique sensibilities. I have the ability to articulate for the client what they may know in their hearts but can’t quite translate into a holistic kitchen or bath design. Attention to proportion and detailing is what makes good design and that attention is an obsession for me.” I can’t imagine not being involved in all the layers of a kitchen and bath project. That is what makes it challenging and fun. It’s the visual and textural interaction of the layers that make the new kitchen living space a dynamic expression of the client’s personal vision and my abilities as a designer. |

Susanna finds great pleasure in bringing beauty and joy into her own environment with landscape gardening, artistic painting and creative cooking. Susanna’s Design Philosophy: “I believe great design begins with surveying the space, looking for the greatest possibilities to create the environment that my client will love. I believe it‘s imperative to gather information in order to clearly understand your preferences so that we can create a space that expresses your individual spirit. I apply the principals of, form follows function, to create an exceptional environment which can best serve with purpose. During the process of designing, I like to share samples of imagery, color, texture, proportion, balance and light to achieve the look and feel of your proposed space. I am always involved through the installation to ensure that we realize the desired outcome of the distinctive new room. Keeping the design process fun is primary to the enjoyment of creativity. “ |
